Yoga offers a unique opportunity for us all to thrive at the intersection of empowerment and surrender.
I aim to guide you toward wellness by giving you the tools to develop body awareness, strength, and intentional breathing. I encourage everyone to take all facets of the practice at their own pace through stillness and movement.
Offerings
In-Person & Virtual studio Classes
I teach five in-person studio classes per week. Many of these classes are also live-streamed. Classes are open to the public.

I teach private yoga classes for individuals or groups. These classes are curated specifically to meet the needs of you or your group.
